Delivery Information

All orders are generally shipped within 1 working day after receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted and notified of delay. Delivery charges as follows:

Australia Post is our main carrier, both in Australia and Internationally. Once your goods have been dispatched we will confirm by email and provide you with a link to track your package online if in Australia.

Express Post Australia is availabe as an optional extra within Australia. This service offers overnight delivery to most metropolitan areas and 2 days to regional destinations. If required, please select this service when finalising your order.

Express Courier International is also available for an additional fee and can be selected at time of ordering. We will provide you with a link to track your package online once your order has been dispatched.

A signature will be required and if you are not available for delivery, a card will be left for you to collect the parcel from your nearest Post Office at your convenience. If you prefer to nominate delivery instructions, pinQ.me will hold no reponsibility for saftey of the parcel after it has been delivered.

Handling and packing orders: Special care is taken to protect fragile objects while in transit. Our boxes are designed to be especially srong to ensure your items are well-protected. However should any damage occur, please notify us immediately on receipt of your order.
