Shipping & Dispatch Policy
After finalizing your order you will receive a confirmation that your order has been delivered to us, the merchant. We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 1 working day unless stock is temporarily unavailable, in which case you will be advised by return Email. Please see our Delivery information for details on delivery methods and times.

Charging Policy
Your credit card details are immediately forwarded to our server through special secure encryption. We do not process the invoiced amount until ready to dispatch.

Discount Policy
Preferred Customer Discounts are not automatically deducted by our shopping facility however discounts will be applied before charging and shipping. Please note: Preferred Customer Discounts do not apply to items that are already advertised at special prices. 

Refund Policy
We accept return of any unopened goods up to 1 month from date of invoice, providing shipping costs to and from the customer are borne by the customer. After receipt of returned goods, a refund will be issued on original credit card provided and record of credit will be notified to customer by Email or Post. All other returns need to be applied for in writing.

Privacy Policy
We value our privacy as well as yours!

  • We DO NOT exchange ANY details about our customers with any other persons or organisations. 
  • We may contact you regarding details of your order. We will always identify ourselves as a member of the team and quote an order number where applicable. 
  • We are a Mail/Web business only and do not have a retail outlet for you to 'call in'. However we will always endeavour to respond to your orders and enquiries quickly and efficiently.
